A 45-minute Sunday school session
A simple structure for using any Kids Bible story with a class.
Structure
5 minutes: welcome and a question about the theme. 10 minutes: read the story aloud, showing the pictures. 10 minutes: read the passage from the Bible. 10 minutes: an activity (order, match or story review). 10 minutes: discussion using the "What can we learn" section and prayer.
Printing
Use the "Print lesson" button on a story page. The printout includes the retelling, passage references, questions and words to learn. All BibleKenya pictures may be printed for non-commercial teaching; Bible text follows the licence of the edition you choose.
Different ages in one class
Read the Early learners text aloud for everyone, then let older children read the explorer notes in pairs.
