စိတ်နှလုံးနှိမ့်ချလျက်ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကိုးစားသူ၏ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာ
အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊
ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်မာန်မာနကိုစွန့်ပယ် ပါပြီ။ မောက်မာမှုကိုလည်းပယ်ရှားပါပြီ။
ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကြီးကျယ်လှသည့် အမှုများတွင်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊
မိမိသိရှိနားလည်ရန်ခက်ခဲလှသော
အကြောင်းအရာများတွင်သော်လည်းကောင်း စိတ်မဝင်စားတော့ပါ။
ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကျေနပ်ရောင့်ရဲလျက် မိမိစိတ်ကိုငြိမ်းအေးစေပါပြီ။
ကလေးငယ်သည်မိခင်၏ရင်ခွင်၌ ငြိမ်သက်စွာအိပ်နေသကဲ့သို့
ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏စိတ်နှလုံးသည်လည်း ငြိမ်သက်လျက်ရှိပါပြီ။
အို ဣသရေလ၊ယခုမှအစပြု၍
ကာလအစဉ်အဆက်ထာဝရဘုရားကို ကိုးစားလော့။
