Ne ammaneteththayka
pude salo gakkees.

Salotappe bollara
dhoqqu dhoqqu ga!
Ne bonchchoy biitta ubbaa gakko.
Neni siiqizayti attana mala
ne ushachcha qesen nuna ashsha;
ta woosa siya.
Xoossi ba geeshshasohon dishe,
«Tani xoonada
Seekeeme biitta shaakkana;
qasse Sukoote Zullaa gishana.
Gala7aadey tayssa;
Minaaseykka tayssa;
Efreemey ta hu7en
woththiza birata qoobe;
Yuhuday ta kawoteththa guufe.
Mo7aabey taas meechchaso;
Eedoomey tayssa
gididayssa erisanaas
tani ta caamma
iza bolla woththays;
tani Filisxeeme xoonada
gererays» gides.
