Psalm 121
Psalm 121 – The Lord Our Protector
A song of ascents.
I lift up my eyes to the mountains.
From where will help for me come?
My help will come from the Lord
the creator of heaven and earth.
Your foot he will not let stumble:
he who guards you will not sleep.
He who watches over Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.
The Lord himself protects you,
is your shelter beside you.
The sun by day will not strike you,
nor the moon by night.
From all harm the Lord will guard you,
will watch over your life.
The Lord will guard your going and coming
from now and for evermore.
