上行之歌。大卫作。
耶和华啊，我的心不狂傲，我的眼目也不高傲；
我也不追求重大的事，
或过于奇妙、非我所能及的事。
我确已使我的灵魂平静安宁，
像断奶的孩子在母亲身旁；
我的灵魂在我里面就像断奶的孩子。
以色列啊，要仰望耶和华，
从今时直到永远。
